This 42-year-old mother of one (breast fed) who is 5'11" tall and weighs 165 lbs previously had saline implants which were replaced by 1000 cc Silimed cohesive gel implants with a Periareolar incision in a submuscular placement. The patient went from a bra size of a 38 D to a 38 DD.
