A Personal Note
Dr. Stevens,
Today is July 5, which means it has been exactly four months since my operation. I can't believe how fast time has gone since I moved out here to L.A. I would have never believed that two months after I moved out here, I would be getting plastic surgery. Even now, I still can't believe it! I also can't believe how much my life has changed since the surgery. Four months later, not only have I recovered 100 percent, but I look and feel 200 percent better! My whole outlook on life has changed, I try to make meaning with my life everyday I wake up. Planning on entering a health occupation myself, I always enjoy meeting and seeing the way other doctors work. I have shadowed dozens of doctors in their professional setting and have never met a doctor that takes such personal interest in the well-being of his or her patients the way you have. You are a unique asset to the medical community, and I can only hope that my story on Discovery Health (airing July 21, 9:00PM) will eliminate some of the negative stereotypes associated with plastic surgery, the same stereotypes I faced back home when I told my friends and family. Interestingly enough however, I just found out my aunt is planning on a tummy tuck. Well, I just wanted to let you know my life has forever changed for the better and I am forever indebted to your generosity. May God bless you, your family and your staff!
Sincerely,
J.S.
