Patient Details
This 28-year-old woman was unhappy with her uneven skin tone on her face. With darker, blotch patches and lighter skin in other areas, she didn't like the appearance of her skin and wanted to have a smoother, more uniform complexion. After researching treatments, she decided to contact Marina Plastic Surgery Associates to meet with a board-certified plastic surgeon.
Her surgeon suggested that the best option for treating uneven skin tone was the Fraxel® laser skin treatment. Her surgeon would use the Fraxel Re:store DUAL treatment, which uses dual laser technology to target both the deeper layers of skin and the surface levels, promoting new cell and collagen growth, which leads to healthier and more even looking skin. This patient would have two treatments for optimal results.
After her treatments were completed, she returned to our Los Angeles plastic surgery center to document her improvement. As can be seen in these "after" photos, her skin has been radically transformed. Her skin now glows, looking healthy and fresh even without makeup. She was very happy with the results of her treatment and was eager to show off her new complexion.
