This 28-year-old mother of one who is 5'2" tall and weighs 130 lbs received 525 cc Silimed cohesive gel implants with a Periareolar incision in a submuscular placement along with mastopexy. The patient who breast fed for four months went from a bra size of a 36 B to a 36 D. This woman also received liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, hips,bra fat, lateral thigs, and buttocks. The "After" photo was taken two months after surgery.
