This 46-year-old mother was burdened by extremely large breasts. She felt that her breasts interfered with her activities and felt that her areolas (the skin around the nipple) were out-of-proportion. After examining her breasts, her surgeon suggested that she undergo a breast reduction and a breast lift. The reduction would address her concerns about size and weight, while the breast lift would reposition the breasts to a more attractive position on her chest. Additionally, her surgeon suggested that he perform a Laser Bra breast lift, where he would create an internal "bra" out of excess skin that would continue to support the breast tissue after surgery. And, since the breast lift is performed using an incision around the areolas, her surgeon could reduce the size of the areolas to make them more proportionate as well.

In the after photos, this patient's breasts have been dramatically reduced, yet they still retain a smooth, feminine contour.
