This lovely 51-year-old woman wanted to have her breasts back. They were no longer as full as they had been in the past and as a result, she started considering breast augmentation to restore the look of her breasts. When she met with her surgeon, she told him she was concerned with the way her breasts had changed. At 5'6 and 126 lbs, she wanted to have a more hourglass figure, which would mean increasing her breasts from about a 36 B to a 36 D. After examining her breasts, her surgeon explained her options for implant type, size and placement. She decided to try "gummy bear" implants, or cohesive gel implants, and have them placed under the pectoral muscle through an incision around the areolas. With size 435 cc implants, she would achieve the look she wanted with natural-looking and feeling breasts.

Four years after her breast enlargement in Los Angeles, she returned to have her "after" photos taken. She shows no visible signs of surgery, but her breasts are noticeably larger and have a nice, feminine contour in her after photos. She was thrilled with the new size and shape of her breasts even many years after her surgery.
