This 32-year-old woman wanted to enhance the shapeliness of her breasts. She planned her procedure with a highly qualified Los Angeles plastic surgeon at Marina Plastic Surgery Associates.

During the surgery, periareolar incisions were made (where the skin surrounds the nipples), where her surgeon then lifted her skin and created submuscular pockets. He placed her implants into these pockets which are located just below her pectoral muscle.
