This 32-year-old woman wanted to have fuller breasts. At 5'4 and 116 pounds, she wanted her breasts to be around a C-cup rather than an A-cup. She explained her concerns about her breasts to her surgeon when she came in for her consultation. Her surgeon recommended that she have 354 cc cohesive gel implants placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision. Because she had small breasts, it was better to insert the implant using an incision below the breast, or in the inframammary fold beneath the breast. Her surgeon determined that she had enough skin elasticity to accommodate the larger 354 cc implants.
