Lower-lid surgery may remove or reposition excess skin, fat, or both in order to tighten loose lower lids and smooth out puffy "bags" underneath the eyes.

Taken six weeks after her surgery, this patient's "after" photos show she has achieved the changes she desired from her Los Angeles nose surgery. Her nose tip has been lifted slightly to create a better angle with her upper lip, and her eyes now have a more alert look. It sometimes takes a few months for patients' results to develop completely, but this patient is already healing very nicely.
