Patient Details

This 22 year old woman was unhappy with her large breasts that were out of proportion with the rest of her body. At 5'5" and 132 pounds, she was within her ideal weight range and thought that a smaller breast appearance and shape would increase her satisfaction with her upper body appearance.

As part of her Beverly Hills Breast Reduction, her surgeon also recommended breast lift (mastopexy) using the Stevens Laser Bra, a specialized technique that creates an "internal brassiere" from a patient's excess skin. The Laser Bra helps a woman enjoy her new breast position, shape and size for years to come - an important factor for a young woman like this patient.

During her surgery, 380 grams (about 4/5ths of a pound) of extra tissue was removed from the right breast and 385 grams was taken off the left breast. The patient had remarkable breast symmetry before her procedure, which continued with her post-surgical results as well. Before surgery she was a 36 DD and the removal of excess tissue brought her cup size down to a very flattering 36 C.
