This 34-year-old woman wanted her breasts to be fuller. She was unhappy with how her breasts looked deflated and felt that it was time to explore her options for breast enlargement in Los Angeles. During her consultation, her surgeon examined her breasts and asked her what size she would like to be. After her surgeon showed her the various sized implants she could choose from, she said she preferred saline and chose 425 cc implants. Her surgeon placed the Mentor moderate profile saline implants under the muscle using areolar incisions. To increase the size even further, her surgeon filled the implants to 475 cc on each side during surgery.

Five weeks after her plastic surgery in L.A., she had her "after" photos taken to show her progress. Her breasts are clearly larger and much fuller than before and no longer look deflated. She was thrilled with her new size and said she felt much more confident with her breasts after her surgery.
